Interesting Facts: The song was inspired by Michael Jackson and Paul McCartney’s duet “The Girl Is Mine” and was a response to the media portraying the two singers as rivals.

Interesting Facts: Chumbawamba is widely regarded as a one-and-done band, but the group has spanned 30 years between 1982-2012 and have produced eight studio albums.

It won Record Of The Year and Best Female Pop Vocal Performance at the 1994 Grammy’s and has sold 20 million copies. NME ranks it at #9 on the list of Greatest #1 Singles In History, and Billboard placed it at #6 on their Top 50 Love Songs Of All Time.

Interesting Facts: Just a few hours after the passing of Whitney Houston, I Will Always Love You topped the US itunes charts. One week after her death the song peaked at #3 on the Billboard Hot 100, nearly 20 years after it had been released.
